The Mini Band
 

The Mini-Band consists of a continuous loop of band that provides progressive resistance. The bands can be used for a variety of applications, particularly shoulder & lower body exercises to increase strength, balance and stability.


They also help activate the core as well as the prime mover, synergists and stabilizers of the hip which is important in the golfer to prevent hip slide.
